Visiting the website
We count visits with Umami without cookies and without personal data. IP addresses are not stored. No consent is required for this.
Consent
Statistics and marketing run only with your consent. With marketing consent we remember campaign parameters (utm, click IDs) for up to 90 days and report conversions to ad platforms in hashed form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Customer account and sign-in
Sign-in runs through the identity service of our group (Keycloak, servers in the EU). We store name, email, role and sign-in times.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.
AI features
Requests to the AI pass through a protection layer that redacts personal data before the model sees it. Every request is logged.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
