Start with the live demo, then use your own practice workspace. This guide describes the available interface and its limits.
The current story uses an Austrian practice in the practice edition. The entry screen shows available countries and editions; a choice appears when several are available. The same application shows the sidebar, workspace, command palette (⌘/Ctrl K) and Copilot (⌘/Ctrl J). Demo data is fictional and the session is temporary.
Open clients, cases and the inbox. Use the source document as the basis for your review. Processing and search depend on configured document services; uploads can still be pending or fail.
Open the deadlines workspace. Check service date, jurisdiction and responsible person. Copilot can read deadlines and prepare a new one; it does not replace professional deadline verification.
Use research in the practice edition. Inspect citation status and original source. A citation check is not a guarantee that the answer is correct, complete or current.
Inspect parameters before approving a write action. Reject an incorrect proposal. Unverified citations require the authorised professional review described above before handoff for a letter or objection.
Members, viewers and external portal users see different areas. Edition and country availability also differ. No model connected means Copilot is unavailable; an unavailable service must not be interpreted as an empty result.
If an action fails, inspect its result before retrying. Never assume a deadline was saved. Keep the original notice and contact your practice administrator through the contact route. Demo budgets and expiry are shown in the demo banner.
Returns organise declaration files and checklists; they do not submit to an authority. Quota plans, assessments and fees have separate workspaces. Review the assessment comparison and source documents before deciding on deviations. Fee calculations follow configured agreements; never assume a demo figure is a published price.
Follow onboarding before using your own data. Invite team members with appropriate roles. Account security offers the methods configured for your practice, including passkeys and two-factor authentication where available. External clients use the dedicated portal and do not receive the practice workspace.
The approvals workspace lists proposals separately from completed actions. Inspect the result after approving. Owners and admins can configure supported autonomy settings within each action’s limit. Actions without an implemented agent cannot be enabled; a setting does not create an integration or authority submission.
Import and export availability depends on the configured connector and edition. Inspect mapping, preview, warnings and completion before relying on an import. An export file is not proof of receipt or submission by an external system.
Owners and admins manage practice credentials under Security and devices. Retrieval requires a configured connection and credential store. Documents with exactly one matching client tax number are assigned automatically; review unassigned entries in the document inbox and select the correct client. Check retrieval status and error codes before retrying. This document retrieval does not submit a tax return or replace professional review of service dates and deadlines.
Find clients, cases, documents and deadlines in one workspace. Copilot reads with your permissions and prepares deadline actions for your approval.
Look up clients, cases, documents and upcoming deadlines using the available tools.
Recognised citations are checked against the corpus. Unverified references remain marked; professional review is still required.
Review the proposed deadline and parameters. Approve or reject it before it is created.
Text export removes unconfirmed references. Handoff for a letter or objection requires authorised confirmation of unverified references.
